Why Jehovah Jireh Ministries ?
Gen 22:14 And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen. (The LORD our Provider)
The Faith of Abraham
One of the ways that Abraham showed his faith in the promises of God was by
believing God when God promised him that he would be the father of many
nations. Romans 4:16-18 says, "Therefore it is of faith that it might be
according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all the seed, not
only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of
Abraham, who is the father of us all (as it is written, "I have made you a
father of many nations") in the presence of Him whom he believed--God, who
gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though
they did; who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the
father of many nations, according to what was spoken, "So shall your
descendants be." Since faith does not come by any works, God tells us here
that faith is according to His grace.
The word that is translated "grace" speaks of the kindness of God by which
He turns us to Christ and then helps us to grow in our Christian faith.
Ephesians 2:8-10 says, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and
that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone
should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good
works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." Here we
see that God showed His kindness to us by giving us faith as a gift so that
we could receive salvation. His grace also is shown by the fact that He
created us so that when we placed our faith in Christ that we would be able
to do the good works that God prepared for us.

My beloved brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ our LORD and Saviour,
Let us join together and pray in FAITH that the Lord will open doors where there is NO doors at this stage in our country. Things looks like it is turning for the worst but God is in control and He and alone can open doors for us as He has promised in Rev 3:8
I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
We can stand on the promises of God and take it for ourselves, this is why it is written in the Bible.
Let us also pray for our men and woman in Uniform - members of the SAPS, Fire Departments, Metro Police, Paramedics and Security Officers, trying to do their best on our roads 24/7 and sometimes don't even get a thank you for their hard work.
Praise be to God and all Glory.
God Bless you all

Behind the Scenes
Do we realize how the men and woman of the Emergency Services try their utmost best to help us where they can? Have you been at a serious accident scene and saw these men and woman in uniform in real action trying to save a life, or using the jaws of life to try and open a wrecked motor vehicle to help the entrapped person. Not a nice scene to see, these men and wonam fights against time on these scenes, but they hardly get a thank you from someone.
Then there is our Police officers working sometimes 24/7 to combat crime and to catch the criminals, did you think of their families sitting at home without mom or dad at home? Mom or Dad is out there in the streets trying to solve crimes or combat it. What a lonely life for the partners of men and woman in uniform. THEY ALL NEED OUR PRAYERS. We must stand together and pray that our good Lord will keep them and guide them through all these Emergencies they need to attend to in the line of duty.
These men and woman needs the wisdom of God to fulfill their duties. We must be the WARRIORS in prayer for all these people and their families.
God bless them all.
